Are you a web developer who wants to help improve the medical treatment of cancer patients? 2cureX is seeking a new web developer to help develop and maintain our comprehensive internal Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and develop new tools and products to support our mission of helping cancer patients.

About the job

As our lead web developer, you will be responsible for maintaining, extending, and improving our comprehensive LIMS in close collaboration with the users, our laboratory staff. You will also be part of a multidisciplinary team developing a new laboratory procedure support tool. The primary place of work is our headquarters in Copenhagen; however, we do offer our employees the opportunity to work from home when and if it makes sense.

Additional tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Identifying system performance bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Implement web-based UIs for our AI algorithms.

We believe that you have the following background:

• Experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with Laravel, Filament and/or modern JavaScript frameworks is an advantage.
• Interest in developing user-friendly solutions.
• Familiar with version control systems such as SVN.
• Hands-on and solution-oriented attitude.
• Eager to learn.
• The ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in English.
