About the Job

Our client is transforming the way companies use video for B2B communication. Video has long been a powerful tool, but creating and distributing it at scale has traditionally been too complex and costly. This company is changing that — offering plug-and-play video creation and distribution tools, including innovative features like video shopping.

To support their rapid growth, they're now looking for a freelance React developer to join the product team building a modern, scalable platform for B2B video communication. The project is full-time, fully remote, and initially runs for 3 months — with potential for extension. Most likely, you'll kick off the collaboration with an on-site visit to their Stockholm HQ, then continue working from wherever you’re most productive.

Additional tasks and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to implement new features and improve the platform
• Develop high-performance, user-friendly components using React and Typescript
• Apply best practices for code structure, testing, and scalability
• Contribute to decisions around architecture, performance optimization, and platform improvements

We believe that you have the following background

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development
• Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud (GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• Bonus: experience with Node.js or full-stack development
• A degree in computer science or a related technical field
• Excellent communication skills in English
