The platform makes the registration process very smooth and is proven to increase conversion rates. Millions of end-users have experienced a very simple registration process using the modern and well-designed interface and the platform is trusted by many world-leading brands today.

We are now offering a unique opportunity to join their distributed team as an IT Security Professional. In this role, you will be focused on monitoring and continuously enhancing the security of the SaaS platform. You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to ensure robust network, cloud, and application security. The platform runs primarily on AWS, and you'll work within an agile development environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network and cloud security measures
• Monitor, detect, and mitigate IT security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats
• Perform security risk assessments and contribute to threat modeling activities
• Develop and evolve IT security strategies, policies, and best practices
• Support secure architecture and review solutions from a security perspective
• Collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to embed security into daily workflows
• Contribute to continuous improvements in monitoring, incident response, and compliance

Required competencies

• 5+ years of professional experience in network-related IT security
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud security concepts
• Proven experience in monitoring, identifying, and mitigating IT security vulnerabilities and incidents
• Experience in developing and maintaining IT security strategies and frameworks
• Solid understanding of modern security principles and best practices
• Good English skills, both verbal and written

Considered an advantage

• Experience working with IT security certifications and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2
• Experience with source code security, secure code reviews, or application security testing
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD security

Availability

• 40–60% of full working hours that should be carried out during regular European business hours in longer continuous shifts (4-8 hours)
• Long-term assignment with flexible, remote working conditions

This role is open to skilled self-employed professionals interested in a long-term engagement. You can work completely remotely.
